TaeKwon-Do is a version of unarmed combat designed for self-defense, and more. It is the scientific and ultimate use of the body gained through intensive physical and mental training.

Meaning: is the pseudonym of the patriot Ahn Ch'an Ho (1876-1938 A.D.), who devoted his entire life to furthering the education of Korea and its independence movement.

 1. Move the left foot to B, forming a left walking stance while performing a left high outer forearm block.

2. Execute a right middle reverse punch to B while maintaining the same stance. (Perform #1 and #2 consecutively)

3. Perform a spot turn, moving the left foot to line AB and then turn clockwise to form a right walking stance toward A while executing a right high outer forearm block.

4. Execute a left middle reverse punch to A while maintaining the same stance. (Perform #3 and #4 consecutively).

5. Move the left foot to D forming a right L-stance while executing a knifehand guarding block to D.

6. Move the right foot forward to D forming a right walking stance while executing a right straight fingertip thrust.

7. Twist the right hand counter-clockwise and at the same time push in until the hand faces downward. Both heels should be raised slightly off the ground as the body turns counter-clockwise into a sitting stance. Then move the left foot in a counter-clockwise motion to a left walking stance while executing a left high backfist to D. Do all of this consecutively.

8. Move the right foot to D, forming a right walking stance while executing a right high backfist strike.

9. Move the left foot to E, turning counter-clockwise to form a left walking stance. while executing a left high outer forearm side block to E.

10. Execute a right middle reverse punch to E while maintaining the same stance. (Perform #9 and #10 consecutively).

11. Perform a spot turn moving the left foot to line EF and then turn clockwise to form a right walking stance toward F while executing a right high outer forearm block.

12. Execute a left middle reverse punch to F while maintaining the same stance. (Perform #11 and #12 consecutively).

13. Move the left foot 1/2 way to the right foot and turning counter-clockwise, slide it on line DA forming a left walking stance with a highouter forearm wedging block to DA.

14. Execute a right middle front snap kick to DA.

15. Execute a right middle punch to DA as the right foot steps down to form a right walking stance.

16. Maintain the same stance, lift and lower the left heel while executing a left middle reverse punch to DA. (Perform #15 and 16 in a fast motion).

17. Move the right foot back halfway and turn clockwise to line DB. Execute a right walking stance with a high outer forearm wedging block to DB.

18. Execute a left middle front snap kick to DB.

19. Execute a left middle punch to DB as the left foot steps down to form a left walking stance.

20. Maintain the same stance, lift and lower the right heel while executing a right middle reverse punch to DB. (Perform #19 and #20 in a fast motion)

21. Move the left foot back halfway, turn to C forming a left walking stance with a left high outer forearm rising block.

22. Step forward to C forming a right walking stance with a right high outer forearm rising block.

23. Turning counter-clockwise, move the left foot to B to form a sitting stance toward D while executing a left knifehand side strike to B.

24. Move the left foot beside the right foot, then move the right fot to A forming a sitting stance to D, while executing a right knifehand side strike to A.

END: Bring the foot back to a parallel ready stance facing D.
