Ready Posture: Parallel Ready Stance

 

1. Move the left foot to B forming a sitting stance toward D while extending the left fist horizontally to D, directly in front of the shoulder (slow motion)

2. Execute a right middle punch to D while maintaining the same stance.

3. Execute a left middle punch to D while manintaing the same stance. Perform #2 and #3 in combination.

4. Bring the left foot to the right one an move the right foot to A, forming a sitting stance toward D while extending the right fist horizontally to D. directly in front of the shoulder (slow motion).

5. Execute a left middle punch to D while maintaining the same stance.

6. Execute a right middle punch to D while maintaining the same stance. Perform #5 and #6 in combination.

7. Move the right foot 1/2 way back to the left foot and then slide it forward into a right walking stance on line CE (25o) while executing a right high inner forearm block to CD.

8. Execute a left low section front snap kick to CE (45o), keeping the position of the hands as they were in #11.

13. Lower the right foot to line CF forming a right walking stance while executing a right middle punch to CF.

14. Execute a reverse middle punch with the left fist while maintaining the same stance. Perform #13 and #14 in combination.

15. Bring the right foot 1/2 way back toward the left foot and then slide it forward into a right walking stance to D while executing a high section, right palm hooking block to D.

16. Execute a reverse high palm hooking block with the left hand while maintaining the same stance.

17. Execute a right middle punch to D while maintaining the same stance. Perform #16 and #17 in combination.

18. Step forward to D forming a left walking stance while executing a high section left parlm hooking block to D.

19. Execute a reverse high palm hooking block wiht the right hand while maintaining the same stance.

20. Execute a left middle punch to D while maintaining the same stance. Perform #19 and #20 in combination.

21. Step forward into a right walking stance to D while executing a right middle punch.

22. Bring the left foot up toward the right foot and form a right bending ready stance A, toward D.

23. Execute a left middle side piercing kick to D while at the same time performing a left high punch to D.

24. Lower the left foot forming a left walking stance to D and perform a right horizontal elbow strike to left parlm.

25. Bring the right foot up toward the left foot and form a left bending ready stance A toward C.

26. Execute a right middle side piercing kick to C while at the same time performign a right high punch to C.

27. Lower the right foot forming a right walking stance to C and perform a left horizontal elbow strike to the right palm.

28. Move the left foot 1/2 way up to the right and then slide it to E forming a right L-stance while executing a twin knifehand block to E.

29. Step forward to E forming a right walking stance while executing a right middle straight fingertip thrust to E.

30. Move the right foot clockwise to F forming a left L-stance while executing a twin knifehand block to F. 

31. Step forward to F forming a left walking stance while executing a left middle straight finger tip thrust to F.

32. Move the left foot 1/2 way back to the right and then slide it to C forming a left walking stance while executing a left high outer forearm side block to C.

33. Execute a reverse middle punch to C while maintaining the same stance.

34. Step forward to C forming a right waling stance while executing a right high outer forearm side block to C.

35. Execute a reverse middle punch to C while maintaining the same stance.

36. Jump (approximatelya walking stance length) toward C forming a left X-stance while executing a left high side backfist strike.

37. Turning the body clockwise, form a right walking stance to A while executing a right high double inner forearm block to A.

38. Move the right foot back to left foot and then move the left foot to B forming a left walking stance to B while executing a left high double inner forearm block to B.

END: Bring the left foot back to a parallel ready stance.
